Strive Pharmacy is hiring a Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician for on-site duties. You will assist in sterile lab operations, label products, and ensure proper stock levels while maintaining patient-focused care.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to PPE protocols, with a Monday–Friday schedule and regular lab responsibilities. Compensation reflects an hourly pay rate of $18–$20.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MO Pharmacy technician license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must wear required PPE (mask, gloves, lab coat, gown, hairnet, beard cover, safety goggles, shoe covers).
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the non-sterile lab by cleaning equipment and bottling products for dispensing.
• Label finished goods and restock labs as needed.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly lab cleaning activities.
