Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is hiring a Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician to assist day-to-day sterile lab operations and gain exposure to various workflows within the organization.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and holds an MO Pharmacy Technician license or is willing to obtain one, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This is an on-site role with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, offering competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MO Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to wear all required PPE (mask, gloves, lab coat, gown, hairnet, beard cover, safety goggles, shoe covers).
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support non-sterile lab by cleaning equipment and bottling compounded products into final containers, manually or with bottling automation, labeling finished goods.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of laboratory supplies.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly lab cleaning activities.
