Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) seeks an IT professional to design and maintain the organization’s application architecture. You will assess future needs and plan technology investments at the application level.

In this role, optimize workflows by integrating key systems such as Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacy, Beacon, Omnicell, First Data Bank, and IV Oncolog. Serve as a solution expert, collaborate with users to design, test, document, and maintain applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT or healthcare experience in assigned areas.
• Epic and/or third-party vendor certifications must be obtained within 30 days of required first-available classes.
• Candidates may work onsite in Naples, FL or considered for a virtual position; travel up to 25% if virtual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to solve complex problems with attention to detail and initiative.
• Experience with information technology optimization and learning new systems rapidly.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains the organization’s current application architecture and assesses potential impacts of future architecture on current applications.
• Identifies future system needs and plans for technology to implement at the application level.
• Develops application solution architectures aligning requirements with off-the-shelf software and related technology.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or related field

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with expected completion within 1 year, with at least 5 years of relevant IT or Healthcare experience in assigned areas

High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of relevant IT or Healthcare experience in assigned areas
