• Pharmacy Technician license (Massachusetts) - Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
• 1-3 years related work experience in the medical field.
• Experience with computer systems including MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Receives orders, matches PO with packing slips, and escalates mismatches with distributors.
• Conducts semi-annual inventory tallies with Pharmacy Manager.
• Oversees physical inventories with Internal Audit and Finance.
• Ensures drugs and supplies are ordered, received, stored, secured, and compliant.
• Loads and maintains pharmacy automation for retail operations.
• Uses pharmacy software to optimize PAR levels and forecast purchasing needs.
• Works with vendors to place orders via appropriate channels.
• Partners with finance to provide accruals, counts, coding, and financial reports.
• Oversees recalls for retail and specialty.
• Assists with CSOS ordering and other duties.
