Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.

Responsabilités

• Performs quality assurance of prescriptions and medications to dispense.
• Performs clinical assessments and reassessments and documents clinical interventions per protocol.
• Dispenses prescribed medications and provides information on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage.
• Maintains procedures concerning quality assurance and handling of controlled substances and hazardous waste drugs.
• Enters data for patient files, billing and inventory to maintain accuracy.
