Strive Pharmacy is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily inventory operations, perform cycle counts, and ensure accuracy across facilities. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs while supporting growth and efficient workflows.

The position is on-site in Mesa, Arizona, with a 4-day schedule and a pay rate of $22.00–$25.00 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom management, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck for inter-site travel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and high accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proven dependability, accountability, and ability to consistently follow established workflow standards.
• Effective communication skills with a track record of strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inventory Operations: restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies across facilities.
• Auditing & Cycle Counts: assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical stock reconciliations.
• Discrepancy Reporting: identify and report discrepancies, follow corrective actions.
• Standard Operating Procedures: maintain compliance with policies, quality standards, and guidelines.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: assist pharmacists and departments with inventory requests.
• Facility Maintenance: keep work environments clean, organized, safe, and compliant.
