Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in inventory control, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. On-site work with a competitive hourly rate is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom management, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck for inter-site travel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with high accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proven dependability and ability to follow workflow standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Inventory Operations: restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies across facilities.
• Auditing & Cycle Counts: assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliations for accuracy.
• Discrepancy Reporting: identify and report discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• SOP Compliance: maintain adherence to internal policies and quality standards.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: assist pharmacists and leadership with inventory requests.
• Facility Maintenance: uphold clean, safe, and compliant work environments.
