Strive Pharmacy in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily inventory operations, restocking, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock across facilities.

This on-site role requires keen attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork to support the Inventory Control Lead as Strive grows. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in inventory/warehouse roles are expected, with eligibility to operate a box truck for inter-site travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stockroom management, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck for inter-site travel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proven dependability and ability to follow established workflow standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform core inventory functions including restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies across facilities.
• Assist with regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical stock reconciliations to guarantee accurate counts.
• Support overall inventory accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies, adhering to corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with internal workflow policies, quality control standards, and company guidelines.
• Assist pharmacists, leadership, and operational departments with inventory-related requests and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Uphold clean, organized, safe, and fully compliant work environments at all locations.
