Strive Pharmacy, a personalized compounding pharmacy in Mesa, AZ, seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily inventory operations, restocking, receiving, labeling and organization. The role supports accuracy and efficiency as the team grows.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in inventory control and a valid driver’s license to enable inter-site travel. This on-site, full-time position offers an hourly rate of $22–$25 and benefits for employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in inventory control or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Reliable and able to follow workflow standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventory operations: restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliations.
• Identify and report discrepancies; follow corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs and quality control standards.
• Support pharmacists, leadership, and departments with inventory requests.
• Keep facilities clean, organized, safe, and compliant.
