The role requires RI licensure as a Pharmacy Technician II and CPhT, with 2+ years of related experience. Strong data handling and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician II licensure and CPhT certification required.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Knowledge of pharmacy information systems and MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate drug procurement operations and inventory management to ensure drug availability.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to optimize daily orders and maximize savings.
• Oversee charitable inventory and coordinate with distributors for expanded medication access.
• Ensure DSCSA compliance and review 340b opportunities.
• Maintain borrow/loan systems and provide reports to Purchasing team.
• Ensure timely purchasing receipts flow to Purchasing Specialist.
• Process drug recall information and coordinate reverse distributor sequestration.
• Assist with vaccine supply and storage.
• Manage backorders, shortages, and recalls with acceptable alternatives.
