Qualifications

  • High school graduate; RI Pharmacy Technician II licensure.
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) held.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a pharmacy technician with purchasing/supply chain focus.
  • Experience with RxStrategies, PharmNotes, PeopleSoft; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform medication and pharmaceutical supply purchasing processes.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock receiving operations.
  • Process purchase invoices and maintain records; DSCSA compliance.
  • Coordinate with wholesalers, vendors, and couriers to meet procurement needs.
  • Assist in annual inventory and reporting for the pharmacy supply chain.
