Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided: WV Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA)
• Two years pharmacy/healthcare experience within 15 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for quality assurance and hazardous drug management in compliance with standards.
• Schedule site deliveries and ensure safe distribution of medications.
• Maintain inventory and invoice records in a timely and complete manner.
• Assist pharmacist with packaging and labeling of medications.
• Coordinate routine rotation of stock across warehouses, clinics, and packaging areas.
• Manage recall alerts and communicate with impacted facilities.
