You will turn data into practical process improvements, investigate discrepancies, and improve accuracy across complex operations. You will oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations while building standardized processes for receiving, movement, and disposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience with inventory control methods, cycle counts, adjustments and loss prevention.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy/supply chain/warehousing or related settings.
• Experience leading physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong ability to perform root‑cause analysis using data and process docs.
• Experience using inventory/ERP/warehouse systems and data tooling.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, lookups, formulas) and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expirations, excess stock, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, turns, expirations, and key KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements, including traceability, documentation, verification, and investigations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory teams with clear performance metrics.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
