Texas Children’s Hospital seeks an experienced Pharmacy Technician to coordinate inventory management, oversee controlled substances compliance, and manage ADM operations. You will liaise with campus leadership, handle back-orders and recalls, and conduct regular audits to ensure safety and accuracy across pharmacy inventories.

Qualified candidates will have current state Pharmacy Technician registration or CPHT/Pharmacy Intern certification, plus several years of hospital pharmacy inventory

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory and par levels in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to run compliance and audit reports per guidelines.
• Coordinate with campus leadership on inventory issues and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations for inventory management and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure controlled substance compliance with policies and procedures; coordinate audits.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and distribution of all pharmaceutical supplies; update par levels and policies.
• Operate and audit the Pharmacy Automated Dispensing Machines (Omnicell) and maintain reports and database integrity.
• Perform routine checks and discrepancy investigations related to inventory and controlled substances.
