Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with interpretation of medication orders and ensure accurate doses.
• Use clinical information systems to review patient information and print labels.
• Communicate with healthcare personnel to ensure safe pharmacy operations.
• Collect patient-specific information (age, weight, diagnosis) as required.
• Prepare, label and deliver patient medications including unit-dose packaging.
