Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and OTC options.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and efficient workflow; opening/closing the pharmacy.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and proposes enhancements.
• Processes insurance claims and follows up with insurers and providers.
• Delivers immunizations and other preventive health services.
• Supports KPI reviews and staff development with management.
• Develops relationships with local medical community and providers.
• Collaborates with Central Pharmacy Operations for third-party reviews.
