Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited University outside the United States.
• FPGEC certification.
• Intern permit/certificate issued by the respective Board of Pharmacy.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 45 days of intern hours.
• Experience performing prescription dispensing activities with knowledge of state/federal laws.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and proper administration.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Reviews and dispenses prescribed medications accurately; assists with workload.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, company policies and Good Faith dispensing practices.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and supports inventory management and asset protection.
• Participates in immunizations and preventive healthcare services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (outside the United States)

FPGEC certification

Intern permit/certificate (State Board of Pharmacy)

Willingness to obtain licensure within 45 days
