Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to learn the patient experience by assisting the pharmacist and pharmacy team in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and help process prescriptions.

You will model a distinctive, caring customer experience, learn pharmacy policy and procedures, and support the team with inventory, dispensing, and basic health services under supervision. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be enrolled in a school of Pharmacy program.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
