• Ensures pharmacy operations comply with regulations and company policies.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and proposes enhancements to productivity.
• Follows Good Faith Dispensing and handles insurance claims and provider communications.
• Supports store management in training, staffing and KPI reviews.
• Delivers immunizations, wellness services and engages with the local medical community.
