Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to Good Faith Dispensing policies.
• Maintains pharmacy systems knowledge and supports staff with IT tools.
• Analyzes performance data, improves workflow, and assists with inventory.
• Spreads community health outreach and collaborates with providers.
• Supports management in staffing, training, and performance coaching.
