Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree required.
• Pharmacist licensure in the states within the district within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on safe medication use, adverse effects, interactions and privacy.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and efficient workflow with the pharmacy team.
• Delivers immunizations and preventive health services such as flu shots.
