Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a licensed pharmacist-in-training to support post-graduate pharmacy activities, under supervision, in Florida. You will provide medication counseling, immunization services, and ensure accurate dispensing within regulatory guidelines while assisting in workflow optimization and inventory management.

You will develop relationships with patients and healthcare providers, support clinical and wellness services, and help the pharmacy team deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited University outside the United States.
• FPGEC certification is required.
• Intern permit/certificate issued by the respective Board of Pharmacy or equivalent where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, interactions, and safety.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adheres to Good Faith Dispensing standards.
• Supports pharmacy operations, inventory management, and patient-focused services such as immunizations.

Education
