Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain PharmD degree prior to start.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and safety.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures pharmacy operations comply with regulations and company policies; opens/closes pharmacy and manages shifts.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems (e.g., Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and proposes system enhancements.
• Processes insurance claims accurately and participates in third-party audits.
• Performs retail, clinical, and wellness services including immunizations and preventive care.
