Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in delivering patient care across store locations. You will learn under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, following workflow procedures, and assisting with immunizations and counseling where allowed by law.

Responsibilities include accurate prescription handling, customer service, and contributing to a collaborative, compliant environment focused on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians with patient care at the register and throughout the store.
• Support immunization services and point-of-care testing where allowed by state law.
• Follow CVS SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service and assist with questions under pharmacist supervision.
