Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team. You will work under a licensed pharmacist to support safe patient care and deliver exceptional service in retail settings.

Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, and inventory/workflow management, with emphasis on empathy, teamwork, and continuous improvement within CVS Health’s care model.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or accepted to an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist a licensed pharmacist under supervision to ensure safe and effective Retail Pharmacy operations.
• Support patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Perform inventory management and workflow tasks supporting efficient pharmacy operations.
• Provide courteous customer service and accurate information to patients.
