Qualifications

• Pharm D degree required before start.
• Must obtain pharmacist licensure in applicable states within district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or eligible to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmacy consulting services to customers regarding medication usage, interactions and preventive care such as immunizations.
• Counsels patients, performs drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; manages workflow, inventory and KPI review with managers.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy systems and supports staff with technology to promote productivity.
• Processes insurance claims, coordinates with providers and supports 3rd party audits.
• Delivers immunizations and other preventive healthcare services to patients.
