Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in real-world store operations, under a licensed pharmacist preceptor. You’ll support pharmacy teams, ensure patient safety, and follow SOPs while building toward a Pharmacist role.

During the 120‑day training roadmap after graduation, you’ll grow in dimensions of patient care, DUR review, immunizations, and clinic services, with opportunities to lead at the store level and travel within the market as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist with prescription labeling and patient safety, following SOPs.
• Customer service and teamwork with pharmacy staff.
• Provide immunizations and counseling when licensed and allowed.

Education

PharmD degree (U.S. accredited program)

Pharmacist licensure within 120 days

Intern/Technician licensure in progress
