Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Graduate Pharmacy Interns to support pharmacy teams across locations. You will apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, following a 120‑day training roadmap to deepen knowledge of store, district, and regional operations.

As you gain tenure, you’ll assist in management and operations, ensure safe dispensing, counsel patients, and contribute to a caring, inclusive culture with strong teamwork and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program and able to obtain pharmacist licensure per state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.
• 1+ year of related pharmacy/retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends.
• Contribute to safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care.
• Assist pharmacy team in daily operations and SOP adherence.
• Provide empathetic customer service and manage patient questions effectively.
• Coordinate immunization services and immunization education where permitted by state law.
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed to support business needs.
