Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under supervision, completing a 120-day training roadmap to deepen knowledge of store and district operations and patient safety.

You will assist in prescription processing, SOP compliance, and compassionate patient care while developing toward a Pharmacist role and leadership within the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Provide customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
