Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team and apply didactic learning to real-world practice. Under supervision, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days to advance toward a Pharmacist role.

You will help ensure safe and accurate prescriptions, support immunization services where allowed, and learn store, district and regional operations while delivering caring, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Must obtain Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation per state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to pharmacy operations with a focus on patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Learn and follow SOPs; communicate effectively with patients and team.
• Support immunizations and other services where law and training permit.
