Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice under the guidance of a preceptor, with a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap designed to prepare you for a Pharmacist role. You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions, deliver patient‑centered service, and learn SOPs and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care while serving patients and supporting the pharmacy team.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy.
• Deliver additional patient health care services, such as immunizations and point‑of‑care testing, when allowed by state law and training.
