Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program within our Retail locations. You'll translate classroom learning into real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist, building foundational skills for advancement in patient care and operations.

You'll follow a comprehensive training roadmap, assist with vaccine immunizations where allowed, support prescription fulfillment, and travel to market stores as needed while upholding safety, privacy, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

3rd year Pharmacy Intern applying didactic learning to real-world practice
Under supervision, complete a comprehensive training roadmap
Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately

Responsibilities

Living CVS SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Counsel patients and support immunization services when appropriate under licensed pharmacist supervision
Travel to stores in the market to support shifts as needed by the business
Maintain patient privacy and safety in all interactions
