Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program at our retail locations. Interns will apply didactic learning in real-world practice, gain hands-on experience under a preceptor, and learn about store, district, and regional operations.

You will support the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, learn SOPs, and develop communication and clinical skills in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Support immunization and other patient services under supervision.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Maintain accurate patient information and confidentiality during interactions.
• Participate in inventory tasks and store operations as directed.
• Contribute to a positive, empathetic patient experience during shifts.
