Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in delivering high-quality patient care within CVS retail locations. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, and market-wide coverage as needed.

The role requires enrollment in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and active or in-process intern/licensure, with emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy teams to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off.
• Counsel patients when appropriate and assist with immunizations and related services.
• Assist with medication history collection and patient information documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management.
• Support ongoing training and mentoring of pharmacy staff.
