Job summary

CVS Health in California, Hayward, is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in a busy retail setting. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist, gain hands-on experience, and follow SOPs to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.

You’ll learn through a structured training roadmap, assist with immunizations and patient care, and contribute to a compassionate, inclusive store environment while traveling to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrate empathy and caring in patient interactions and provide high-quality service.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure accurate prescription filling and safety.

Education

ACPE-accredited pharmacy program (enrolled or accepted)

Pharmacy intern and/or technician licensure in progress
