Job summary

CVS Health in Florida offers a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern position that translates classroom knowledge into real-world practice within our retail pharmacy teams. You will follow a comprehensive training roadmap designed to introduce you to store, district, and regional operations while gaining hands-on experience.

Under the guidance of a preceptor, you will support pharmacists, ensure safe and accurate dispensing, and learn to deliver caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment/eligibility.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure.
• Ability to become immunization certified and to support immunizations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure that prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in patient interactions while following SOPs.
