Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support our store pharmacy team in Florida. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, and follow a structured training roadmap to develop readiness for a pharmacist role.

You will assist with patient services, prescription fulfillment, immunizations where permitted, and daily operations while upholding SOPs and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE accredited college/school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and patient care services where allowed by law.
• Follow SOPs and participate in training roadmap under supervision.
• Counsel patients and respond to medical questions under pharmacist guidance.
• Perform basic inventory activities and assist with daily operations.
