Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician at Aurora West Allis Medical Center - Pharmacy in Milwaukee, WI. You will assist pharmacists by filling orders, delivering medications, and preparing sterile and non-sterile preparations, while interviewing patients for medication histories.

Responsibilities include entering prescriptions into the computer system, supporting medication ordering, stocking, and inventory control, with a focus on efficient operations and patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; first-year College of Pharmacy enrollment required.
• WI tech registration and other licensure/registration as listed in the posting.
• Ability to perform pharmacy technician duties under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Fill medication orders, deliver medications, and assist with sterile/non-sterile compounding.
• Interview patients to obtain medication histories and input data into the pharmacy system.
• Support medication ordering, receipt, stocking and inventory control.
• Adhere to hospital standards and promote teamwork in the pharmacy.
