Job summary

CVS Health in Minnesota is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor, you’ll follow a comprehensive training roadmap, support pharmacy operations, and help ensure safe, accurate prescriptions with caring service.

You’ll learn SOPs, participate in immunizations and on‑the‑job coaching, and may travel to stores in the market to support scheduling needs while contributing to a safe, inclusive team

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team under supervision to ensure timely, safe prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs and participate in training to learn store, district, and regional operations.
• Provide empathetic patient care and support immunization and other services when appropriate.
• Handle customer inquiries with clear, respectful communication and accurate record‑keeping.
• Support inventory tasks and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
