Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world pharmacy settings. Under a preceptor, you will follow a comprehensive training roadmap, support daily pharmacy operations, and learn store, district, and regional processes while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Counsel and respond to patient questions under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by state law.
• Travel to other stores in the market to support business needs.
