Job summary

CVS Health in Prosper, TX is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to translate classroom learning into hands-on practice within our busy retail pharmacy, supporting pharmacists, technicians, and patients.

Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap, participate in immunizations and medication safety, handle prescriptions, counseling, inventory, and daily SOPs, and travel to stores in the market as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or accepted to ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.
• Valid intern/licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap with core learning experiences.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and patient counseling.
• Support immunization services and vaccine preparation where permitted.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
