Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support customer service, process and fill prescriptions, and assist with third-party adjudication. You’ll manage inventory, verify data in the pharmacy system, and support clinical services under supervision.

You must be enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school and hold a state-specific Pharmacy Intern License. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and patient communication in person and by phone.
• Process and fill prescriptions; assist with product selection and pricing.
• Operate pharmacy computer system for data entry and third party adjudication.
• Pull, count and label prescriptions; manage inventory and balance on hand.
• Support clinical services and third party functions as needed.
