Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning in a real-world setting within our retail pharmacies. Under a licensed pharmacist, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap, assist with ensuring safe, accurate prescriptions, and deliver caring service that supports patient health.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across store operations, participate in immunizations where allowed, and learn to follow SOPs while providing empathetic patient care.

Qualifications

• Accepted into ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety
• Learn and apply pharmacology concepts while participating in immunizations and other services where allowed
