Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern in Alabama to translate didactic learning into real-world practice. Under supervision, you will follow a structured training roadmap, support the pharmacy team, and ensure patient safety and timely prescriptions.

You may assist immunizations and clinical services where permitted, while developing readiness for a Pharmacist role. You will engage with store leadership, participate in SOPs, and contribute to a culture of care and compliance as part

Qualifications

Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

Complete the comprehensive training roadmap to learn how a CVS pharmacy operates.
Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
Deliver caring service while following SOPs and patient privacy standards.
Support immunization and other pharmacy services where allowed by law.
Remain flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
