CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern at our California stores to apply didactic learning to real‑world practice, preparing for a Pharmacist role under the guidance of a preceptor.

You’ll follow a comprehensive training roadmap, gain hands‑on experience, and learn store, district, and regional operations while supporting the pharmacy team to ensure accurate, timely dispensing and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in ACPE accredited pharmacy program.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain accurate prescription labeling and safety practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Support immunization services where allowed by state law.
• Assist in inventory tasks and adherence to SOPs.
