Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our retail pharmacies. You will work under a preceptor to complete a comprehensive training roadmap focused on patient care, safety, and store operations while gaining exposure to district and regional perspectives.

You’ll support the pharmacy team to ensure timely, safe drug dispensing, engage with patients with empathy, and learn SOPs and regulatory requirements under supervision.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.
• Must have or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions.
• Follow SOPs and participate in training roadmap for clinical and operational growth.
• Provide courteous, empathetic customer service and support immunization activities where allowed.
