Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern position in our retail pharmacy environment. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, complete a comprehensive training roadmap, and help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering caring service to patients.

You will gain experience across store, district, and regional operations, with opportunities to learn immunizations, counseling, and clinical support under supervision.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and policies to maintain patient safety and service quality.
• Learn through a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs and mentorship from preceptors.
• Contribute to a culture of care by empathetic patient interactions and teamwork.

Active enrollment or licensure as intern/technician
