Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams across an Ohio store. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, assist with prescription fulfillment, and work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to deliver caring, accurate service to patients.
You will complete a comprehensive training roadmap with Key Learning Experiences, gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations, and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture while building
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
- Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
- Assist with immunizations, counseling, and patient education where permissible.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive culture while learning under a licensed pharmacist.
- Complete training roadmap with KLEs and leadership interactions.
