Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program at our retail locations. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, complete a comprehensive training roadmap, and gain hands-on experience in pharmacy operations under a licensed pharmacist supervision.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions, deliver high‑quality patient care, and participate in immunizations and additional patient services as allowed by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescription accuracy and safety
• Support immunization services and patient counseling under supervision
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at all times
• Provide empathetic customer service and maintain patient privacy
• Participate in training roadmap to prepare for pharmacist responsibilities
