Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program designed to translate didactic education into real-world practice within CVS Pharmacy locations. Interns work under a preceptor to complete a comprehensive training roadmap, gaining exposure to store, district, and regional operations while supporting daily pharmacy duties.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate dispensing, patient-centered service, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to expand clinical knowledge

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Commitment to completing required training and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs and supervised practice.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver customer service with empathy and maintain patient privacy.
• Participate in immunizations and additional patient care activities where allowed.
